Visiting our practices

Little Dental Co aim to keep up to date with the latest government advice with regards to continuing to provide an invaluable service to its loyal patients. We are quite lucky as being an essential service we can continue to see our patients as planned.

So, whilst it is still pretty much business as usual at the moment, should this change the practice staff will inform patients at the earliest opportunity via email (preferably) or telephone, of any changes to services as soon as the need becomes apparent.

When visiting our practices, you can rest assured that we have every precaution in place to provide a safe and secure environment for everyone. If you have existing appointments and have NOT been contacted to advise it needs to be cancelled, then please attend as planned. We are also still happy to make new appointments so please do continue to call our Receptionists at your preferred practice.

Non Refundable Deposits Are Required For All New Patient Appointments

Please be advised that charges will be incurred for missed appointments or where an appointment is cancelled outside of the requested timeframes.

We respectfully request 24 working hours notice to cancel examinations and 48 working hours notice to cancel hygiene or dental treatment appointments.

Keeping you safe

To keep everyone safe whilst working /attending our practices, in addition to existing robust infection control measures, we have introduced:

  • Social distancing and are limiting the number of patients in the practice at one time
  • Temperature checks for staff and patients
  • Additional personal protective equipment (PPE) for all staff
  • Additional environmental cleaning procedures throughout the day
  • Increased hand hygiene stations
  • Air purifying units in all surgeries
  • Fallow time in surgeries between treatments to allow for extra cleaning

How you can help us

As loyal and caring patients we know that you too will want to help minimise the risk to staff and other patients, you can continue to assist us greatly with this by:

  • Not attending your appointment if you are unwell. Instead call reception to postpone and reschedule your appointment, but please remember we request 24hrs notice if you are cancelling
  • Attending your appointment by yourself (unless you need a chaperone or carer with you)
  • Attending at the allotted time. Do not arrive early to help minimise numbers in reception
  • Do not wear you own gloves whilst in practice
  • Sanitise your hands on arrival
  • Wear a face covering until you enter the surgery
  • Wherever possible make cashless payments to minimise contact
